United Rugby Championship: Ulster 19 Sharks 22

We caught up with the United Rugby Championship match between Ulster and the Durban Sharks at Ravenhill on Saturday evening.

Ulster took the risk-reward route in the first half and came out significantly on the plus side with an early try from Jack Murphy, after good work from Jacob Stockdale, for a 5 – 0 lead.

The home team continued to ride their luck as, three minutes later, a hack on by Nathan Doak was fumbled by Siya Kolisi and Zac Ward won the breakdown to send Jude Postlethwaite under the post. Murphy kicked the conversion to take the score to 12 – 0 after 10 minutes.
