We caught up with the Ulster Hockey Senior Cup Final between Dungannon and Randalstown at Stormont Pavilion on Saturday afternoon.
Having covered both sides recently I was expecting a tight, low scoring game, but Randalstown had other ideas and the yopened the scoring after 2 minutes as Stacey Catterson got the final touch at an early penalty corner from their first attack.

Dungannon pushed hard for a response, with their captain Lucy Redmond leading the way, but they were unable to find the right touch in front of goal and the teams went into Q2 with Randalstown leading 0 – 1.
