We caught up with the Minor Plate final between Belfast Harlequins 6XI and Bangor 3XI at Stormont Pavilion early on Sunday 11th May.

The teams sounded each other out in a lively the first quarter which ended without any score.

Quins celebrate the opening score.

Quins got the scorebord ticking over in Q2 with Clare Bell finding the net for a 1 – 0 lead which they took into half time.

Maria Grobes tied the game at 1 -1 with a goal for Bangor in Q3 and the teams went into the final quarter . . .
