Our second match at Meadowbank on Saturday morning was the Club U16 Bowl Final between Ballymoney and Co Cavan.

This was another close fought game as the reams battled away for most of the first half without troubling the scoreboard.

Ballymoney took a 3 – 0 lead about 25 minutes in when Thomas Steele landed a penalty and they increased their lead to 8 – 0 at half time with a late try from hooker Tom Kirk.
