We caught up with the first half of the EYHL2 Pool B match between Queen’s University and University of Galway at the Dub on Saturday afternoon.

I only caught the first half of this one but Queen’s University took control early and were on the attack from the starting whistle.

Eva Gaston got plenty of early touches for Queens.

The Belfast side always look super smooth when Zoe Wilson starts and the veteran looked to be enjoying this one as she effortlessly spread the ball around to willing runners Eva Gaston and Katie Kimber who saw plenty of possession in the first half.

Megan Cochrane scored a first half brace for the Belfast side.
