4XI Cup: Sullivan Upper 1 Royal School Armagh 0 Semi Final

I caught up with the Ulster Schoolgirls 4XI Cup semi final between Sullivan Upper and The Royal School Armagh at Edenvilla Sports Centre, Portadown, on Saturday morning.

It was a great game between two team with stacks of skills and tons of commitment which had everyone watching fully invested in his “Thrilla in Edenvilla” right up to the final whistle. A fantastic start to my Saturday coverage.

Sullivan’s Thea McMichael tears down the wing for the opening goal

Both teams were determined to attack from the first whistle and Sullivan had the early advantage with Thea McMichael tearing down the wing at every opportunity and her effort was rewarded when she cut in to the circle on the 7th minute to knock in the opening goal on the rebound.
