We caught up with the Ulster Hockey Schoolgirls Senior Cup match between Victoria College Belfast and Regent House School early Saturday morning at Newforge.

After a cagey first quarter Victoria college took control of the game with a goal from Emily Mooney at the start of the second quarter.

Victoria’s Jessica Gibson made it 2- 0 five minutes later and Molly Young added a third for a 3 – 0 lead at half time.
