We caught up with the Ulster Hockey Schools Cup Quarter Final match between Banbridge Academy and Wallace High in an early start on Saturday morning at Havelock Park.
This was the last quarter final to be played in the Senior Cup with a semi final against Portadown College at Lisnagarvey on Wednesday waiting for the winner.
Banbridge pretty much had control of this game for the first three quarters that I covered with Katie Leslie and Alyssa Somerville both pushing forward.
However, the Wallace team stuck resolutely to their plan and they defended well . . .
