I had a fraught journey over from Campbell College to Pirrie Park, the neutral venue for the Medallion Shield semi final between Campbell College and Royal Belfast Academical Institution. I was caught behind a road traffic accident, and it took some time to get both vehicles on to the hard shoulder.
I arrived midway through the 1st half to a 0-0 scoreline.
With a strong wind behind then Campbell were on the attack. At times only a scrambling Inst defence kept Campbell out. Inst struggled to clear the ball into the wind.
