We caught up with the Gibson Plate quarter final between Sullivan Upper 3XI and Grosvenor Grammar 3XI at Sullivan on Wednesday afternoon.

Izzy Wray scored a brace of goals for Sullivan against Grosvenor in the Gibson Plate.

Right from the opening, Sullivan went into attack and were quickly rewarded when Izzy Wray slotted home from mid circle for a 1 – 0 lead.

It wasn’t long before her team mate Chloe McDowell increased the lead with the home side dominating the first quarter. Isla Bond drove a third goal home in the second quarter to give Sullivan a 3 – 0 lead at the break. home from a tight angle.
