We caught up with the Ulster Schools Hockey Junior Cup match between Sullivan Upper and Killicomaine Junior High in Holywood on Thursday afternoon.
This game was a lot closer than the scoreline suggests. Sullivan probably had the most attacks in the first half but they were unable to find their final touch in the last third. Killicomaine, on the other hand were absolute clinical in front of goal.
The Junior High scored a goal in each quarter. Their midfield general Hannah Rodgers opened the scoring after nine minutes, slotting the ball home after a nice turn in the D.
