I caught up with the entertaining Medallion Shield second round match between Dromore High and Foyle College at Barban Hill on Saturday morning.

The game was heavily influenced by a strong wind blowing diagonally up the pitch, with Dromore playing into the wind in the first half.

Ben Campbell opened the scoring for Foyle.

Foyle took early advantage of the conditions keeping Dromore pinned in their own half until they came away with a try from Ben Campbell, converted by Niall Kelly, after 8 minutes.

Dromore’s Ollie Wiltshire had a strong game picking up three tries for the home team.

A break out from Dromore’s No 8 Ollie Wiltshire ended with Zac Corbett diving . . .
