We caught up with Schools U16 Shield match between Antrim Grammar and Our Lady’s & St Patricks at Steeple Road on Thursday afternoon.
With both teams playing fast open rugby, it was the home team who took advantage first with Ben Wright crossing over for the first, unconverted, try.

Not long after it was his team mate No 5, Daniel Blair crashing through to extend the lead with Harry Smith adding the additional two points.
Antrim continued the onslaught with No 2, Jackson Patterson burrowing his way over, followed by No 13 Rio McKee outrunning the defence with No 10, Calum Lavery adding the conversion.
