Our second All Ireland Hockey match featured two Ulster Clubs as Pegasus welcomed Ards to The Dub on Saturday afternoon for their opening EYHL fixture.
These matches have always been competitive and this one was no different with both teams getting stuck in from the start.

Pegasus took an early lead when Katie McKee converted a penalty corner in the 7th minute on her return to her home club.
Ards equalised through Zara Malseed, who had returned to Ards from Pegasus, scored from open play in the 21st minute to take the score to 1 – 1 as the teams changed ends.
