We caught up with the senior friendly between The Royal School Armagh and Bangor Grammar at College Hill on Saturday morning.

Unfortunately this one started earlier than advertised and The Royal School were leading 28 – 5 when we arrived at the start of the second half. Reuben Campbell, Robert Hamilton and Sam Gray (2) were the Armagh scorers with Evan Hughes converting all four, Bryn Wilson was the Bangor try scorer.

Armagh continued to dominate in the second half despite a big effort from Bangor. Ryan Hamilton went over for Armagh’s fifth try mid way through the second half to take the score to 35 – 5 after Hughes’ conversion.
