It was a quick dash from Roughfort to The Dub on Saturday to catch the early pass back in the big All Ireland clash between Pegasus and Catholic Institute.
Pegasus were looking for a win, and other results to go their way, to get them out of the relegation zone and as I joined the game five minutes in they looked to be applying the early pressure though the Insta players looked dangerous on the break.
The consistent pressure finally told and Pegs took a 1 – 0 lead, after 11 minutes, when Zara Malseed smashed in a lovely backstick to settle the nerves.
