Malone welcomed Dungannon to Gibson Park on Sunday afternoon for a Women’s Junior Cup match.

Malone applied the early pressure with Katie McCallion scoring a try within the first five minutes. Fullback Jill Stephens extended the lead, and scrum-half Megan Creighton added the conversion to take the score to 12 -0.

Dungannon fought back and captain Colleen McCance crossing the line in the 20th minute for an unconverted try taking the score to 12 – 5.
