Methodist College hosted Ballyclare High in a Medallion Plate Semi Final match at Pirrie Park on Saturday morning.

It was a tight opening 10 minutes. Methodist College were first to get on the scoreboard when Peter Spence crossed for an unconverted try to give the home side a 5 – 0 lead.

Ballyclare looked for a response but the Methody defence held firm and they increased their lead to 12 – 0 just before half time with a try from Favour Izedonmwen and a conversion from Rhys Johnston.
