Ulster University Elks hosted Corinthian in an Irish Hockey Senior Cup match at Jordanstown Sports Village on Saturday 10th February 2023.

Elks’ Gemma Ferguson was the busier of the two keepers in the first quarter but it wasn’t until midway into the second quarter that the deadlock was broken when No 10, Jess McMaster got the better of the visiting goalkeeper to put Elks ahead 1 – 0.

The lead didn’t last long before a well worked penalty corner routine got Corinthian on level terms through their No 12, Jessica McGrane.
