I caught up with, one of our Featured Clubs, Owls 2nd XI on Saturday afternoon as they entertained Raphoe 2nd XI in a Junior 4 league clash early Saturday afternoon.

Having hot footed it from Dromore I had hardly planted myself down before Owls opened the scoring with Samantha McGrath turning in a lay up from Eva McGoldrick-Mathers for a first minute lead.

This was quickly followed by a strike from Maya Campbell to take the score to 2 – 0 after 3 minutes.
