I caught up with the Gordon West Plate semi final first leg between Civil Service and BHSFP at Stormont on Saturday afternoon.
The game had a fast start, with BHSFP getting an early penalty, for Ryan Duddy to convert, to give BHSFP a 0 – 3 lead.

Despite temporarily losing a player for a high tackle the visitors continued to attack and scrumhalf Scott McFarland dotted down just left of the posts, for Jordan Frampton to convert, to push the score out to 0 – 10.
BHSFP finished off the first half with Kyle Hetherington crashing over for an unconverted try taking the score to 0-15 at half time.
