My 3rd game on Saturday was the AIL2B game, between Belfast Harlequins and Instonians at Deramore Park. This a was reverse fixture to the one that I had covered, before Christmas. The crisp sunny morning had now given way to a grey, overcast Saturday afternoon.
As with the previous fixture Quins moved into gear quickly. With defenders falling off him Cole Blyde scored. Charlie Beattie converted, and Quins were 7-0 up in less than 2 minutes.
Inst steadied the ship and worked . . .
