On a damp greyish and now rainswept, Wednesday afternoon, Havelock Park was the venue for the second MCCullough Cup Tier A Semi Final between Royal Belfast Academical Institution and Wallace High School.

Midfield was heavily contested in this tie

If the first semi-final, was one sided in terms of territory and possession, then this semi final was very even. Both teams served up end to end hockey, with both keepers in action. The 1st quarter was scoreless, but it was not for a want of chances.
