I caught up with the girls U18 League match between players from Ballymena, Ballymoney and Rainey against players from Carrick, Larne, Ophir and Malone on Sunday afternoon at Eaton Park.
In a lively game it was CLOM that took the lead with Niamh Fulton battling over after good break by Ruby Starrett. Megan Creighton added the extras to take the score to 0 – 7
BBR hit back fairly quickly keeping CLOM pinned in their own 22 until Sophie McAllister went over for a try, converted by Orlaith Breen to tie the game at 7 – 7.
