Women’s Premiership: Malone 31 Enniskillen 20

On Sunday afternoon Enniskillen were the visitors to Gibson Park to play Malone in a Women’s Premiership fixture. A drab grey Sunday afternoon was lit up by a great game in which the lead was always in jeopardy.

Both sides set out their stall early on by running the ball at every opportunity. It was Enniskillen, who struck first. The ball was moved out into space on the right and Zara Flack had the pace to squeeze in at the corner for a 13th minute, 5-0 lead.
