I caught up with the Ulster Premiership Division 2 clash between Instonains and Bangor at a sunny Shaws Bridge on Saturday afternoon.
Unfortunately for the hard working Bangor side they met an Instonians team in top form who where ready to showcase their summer signings as David Whitten, Ritchie McMaster and Ian Whitten all got a run out.

The FRU Sport Senior Player of 2022-23 was the first to make an impact with a typically abrasive run leading to a quick tap penalty executed by Mark Keane for the opening try, converted by McMaster to give Instonians a 7 – 0 lead.
A brace from Bevan Prinsloo quickly followed as Inst continued . . .
