With a bit of activity around the Dub on Saturday I caught up with the enjoyable Women’s Junior 4 match between Queen’s University IVs and Castle IIs in damp conditions.
Honours were even in a lively first quarter between the two sides. Queen’s were first on the scoreboard when Amy McGookin placed a penalty corner just inside the post but Castle pulled it back to 1 – 1 four minutes later when Daire Ellis turned one in at the far post.
