On Sunday, in dry, cold conditions Ulster U18s played their Leinster counterparts in Match Two of a triple header, at Havelock Park, Banbridge,in the U18 Interprovincial Championships.

A scoreless 1st half belied the efforts from both teams in attack and defence. Only heroics from both keepers prevented goals.

Max Caulfield opened the scoring for Leinster, after 38 minutes, from a penalty stroke. Ulster fought back and Matthew McKee grabbed an equalising goal after 44 minutes. The 3rd quarter ended 1 – 1.
