The Medallion Shield fixture between Belfast Royal Academy and Sullivan Upper was the only show in town on Saturday morning, the rest of the fixtures cancelled due to frost.
Sullivan Upper enjoyed the bulk of territory and possession in the first half but they were unable to make their chances count and a big five minutes from the home team, at the end of the half, saw BRA take a 5 – 0 lead into the break after Elias Agbobkpolor bundled over for a try after a period of sustained pressure on the left.
