On a damp and nippy New Year’s Eve afternoon Dromore RFC hosted Enniskillen RFC in a Championship 1 clash at Barban Hill.In the early exchanges it was Enniskillen on the front foot, but Dromore were resilient in their defence and discipline. The first penalty came on 7 minutes and Enniskillen kicked to the corner. Good defence from Dromore saw them gain possession and clear their lines.
The remainder of the first quarter saw Dromore come more into the game, spending quite a few minutes in the Enniskillen 22, but another Enniskillen penalty after 18 minutes saw them kick to the corner once again.
