Instonians consolidated their dominance of All Ireland League 2C with a big win against Omagh at Shaw’s Bridge on a cold saturday afternoon.
Instonians played into a stiff breeze and they took their time working their way upfield from a long Omagh kick off. It was pretty impressive watching them down the long lens as they recycled ball after ball with excellent continuity and they were eventually awarded a penalty kick which they sent into the corner for an attacking line out.

It’s been their trade mark play all season and once again the mline out maul was driven close from 10 yards out for Neil Saulters to break off and claim his 15th try in the AIL this season. No conversion, leaving the score at 5 – 0.
