Part 3 of my triple header was back up to the hockey pitch to take in Queens IIs game with UCD II in the All Ireland Women’s Junior Cup.

The floodlights appeared to be on the ‘training’ as opposed to ‘match’ setting for almost all of the 1st half. Images from the 1st half are grainer than normal.

Amy Kimber grabbed Queens’ goal

UCD took a 1st quarter lead, through Emily Kavanagh after 12 minutes. Just a minute later Queens equalised through Amy Kimber to leave the 1st quarter even at 1-1.

UCD dominated the 2nd quarter, but could only manage a Jessica Wagenaar strike, after 24 minutes, to lead 2-1.
