In the second game of a Superleague semi-final double header, played at Lisnagarvey HC, Rainey Endowed played The Royal School Armagh.

Rainey had all the territory and possession, early in the 1st quarter, and had chances, but as the quarter wore on Armagh were able to put together attacks. In the 14th minute, Niamh Smith struck for Armagh, from close range, to give Armagh a 1 – 0 1st quarter lead.
