Belfast Royal Academy welcomed Methodist College Belfast to their Roughfort playing fields for a 1st XV Schools Friendly match on Saturday morning.
The visitors were the only scorers in a tight first half with Josh Stevens getting a try, converted by Ben McFarlane to give Methody a 0 – 7 lead at half time.

The game sparked to life in the second half with McFarlane and a try and second conversion to his tally after five minutes to take it to 0 – 14.
BRA’s Josh McKee pulled back three points with a penalty five minutes later and the teams went into the final quarter with the score at 3 – 14.
Methody’s hooker Matthew Scott powered over for the visitors third try on the hour . . .
