We continued our extended journey with Queen’s University as they complete their final fixtures in the Ulster Women’s Premiership. A top four finish will ensure the students participation in next seasons EYHL 2 and a win here would set them up ahead of their final game of the season against Banbridge on Saturday.

It was more of a game to get out of the way for Ards with the Co Down side already in end of season party mood having added promotion to the EYHL to the Premiership title they secured a few rounds ago.
In fact it took Ards a while to switch on and they found themselves trailing 2 – 0 in a first quarter dominated by Queen’s
