Saturday saw the visit of Banbridge to Bellfield, Dublin to face UCD in a EYHL fixture. In the warm spring sunshine supporters were treated to a fast flowing, end to end game, with both attacks troubling the respective keepers.
Both keepers were tested in the opening exchanges with Banbridge taking the lead after 10 minutes, when Johnny McKee flicked his shot over the advancing keeper, following a penalty corner, for a 1-0 lead.
It was short lived . . .
