Yesterday’s McDowell for 2nd XIs, at Stormont, was a keenly contested final between Rainey Endowed and The Royal School Armagh.

The 1st quarter started off at a rate of knots, both side testing keepers early on. Armagh took the lead after 9 minutes, when Annie Cunningham powered into the semi circle and unleashed a powerful reverse stick shot into the roof of the net.
