Suttonians made the trip from Dublin to Belfast for their inaugural Women’s All Ireland Conference match against Cooke at Shaws Bridge.
To tell the truth I struggled to get into this one. Lighting was fairly dark down both sides, one of my lenses was misting up after more than 6 hours use in the damp.
Suttonians looked as though they had travelled to do a job and they were on the scoreboard fairly sharply with Molly Fitzgerald outstripping the Cooke defence on the right to go over in the corner after 2 minutes.
