Bob Given covered the first half of this 2th Round Irish Senior Cup tie at Queens. UCC had the long journey to fulfill this fixture.

UCC took the lead after only 5 minutes, striking home.

Nicola Barry was amongst the scorers for UCC

Defenses were largely on top, until Queen’s scored with 2 minutes remaining in the first half.

Olivia Gibson scores as Queen’s University Belfast beat University College Cork 4-2 after run ins in the Irish Senior Cup 2nd round.

Both sides shared two goals in the second half, with Emma O’Sullivan scoring for UCC and Jessica McMaster for QUB to give a 2-2 draw at the final whistle.

Queen’s won the Run Ins 4-2 to move them into the next round.
