Antrim Grammar welcomed Ballyclare High for a competitive squad hit out on Wednesday afternoon at Steeple Road.
The session consisted of three 20 minute match’s with Ballyclare on top in all three but Antrim, in their first competitive session of the season showed substantial improvements across the series.
Ballyclare’s Charlie Lloyd, Joel Flynn and Steve Hutchinson featured strongly during the games, each bagging a couple of tries.
Antrim came close on a couple of occasions with strong performances from their captain, at No 10, and their No 8, both who were unlucky not to get across the try line.
