Cooke ran out winners by 14 – 7 against Enniskillen in this Kukri Ulster Rugby Championship Division 1 match at Shaws Bridge on Saturday afternoon.

The match was largely a forwards slug fest played in the middle of the park as both defences dominated. The home side had a couple of breaks through flyer but all of Cooke’s points came from out half who slotted over five penalties as Enniskillen’s discipline let them down.

crossed for Enniskillen late on after a rare back line move and converted to take the final score to 15 – 7 but the visitors will be frustrated that they didn’t get more out of the match.
