We’ve been getting very interesting messages from Durban, South Africa over the last few weeks in that Ulster are to spear another couple of Sharks for next season.

What we are hearing is that Ulster are to return to Natal Sharks for a prop and a back rower in the form of Wiehahn Herbst at prop and Keegan Daniel in the back row.

Nothing confirmed at present and it’s just speculation from rumours in the “Shark Tank” but both players are believed to be out of favour with current coach Jake White and both look like ideal candidates to follow in the footsteps of Botha, Pienaar and Muller.

Herbst certainly looks most likely to make his way to Ravenhill and that rumour has been doing the rounds for some time now.
