We caught up with the Women’s Masters Over 60 Four Nations Tournament at Stormont over the weekend.

It was a tight competition with England, Wales and Ireland in the hunt come the final day with Wales and Ireland needing results and goals to go their way to claim the title.

England’s Sharon Holton, right, ended up the leading scorer in the O60s Four Nations with three goals in three games.

With Scotland beating Wales, in the earlier match, it all went down to the final game between England and Ireland with Ireland needing a four goal win!

In a tense game, a third quarter strike by Sharon Holton, at a penalty quarter, gave England plenty of breathing room. A late penalty corner conversion by Ireland’s Jane Slater tied the game but left England a long . . .
