On Saturday morning, at Shawsbridge, an Ulster U21 XI played Game Two of a Three Match Series against English Colleges U21. Ulster had won 4-0 on Friday evening. Conditions were challenging for the girls. Though there was little wind the rain came down in stair rods, drenching the players.
Ulster took control from push back commanding midfield. With Isla Allen and Ellie Edwards pulling the strings Ulster pressed Colleges back, starving the College attack of any meaningful ball.

As the ball ricocheted around, in front of goal, Emily Adamson pounced to give Ulster the solitary 1st quarter goal to lead 1-0 on 10 minutes.
The 2nd quarter was similar with Ulster in control creating chances.
