Early Saturday afternoon Three Rock Rovers, from Dublin, were the visitors to Comber Road, Royal Hillsborough for an All Ireland Hockey League clash with Lisnagarvey.

With the sun shining, this all-action match started quietly in the first quarter but burst into life in the second when Oliver Kidd put Garvey into the lead with his penalty corner strike for a 1-0 halftime lead.
