On Tuesday afternoon Royal School Armagh 3XI faced Strathearn School 3XI in a Gibson Plate Semi Final at Havelock Park, Banbridge.
Two evenly matched teams battled it out in bright sunshine with Armagh dominating the first quarter, with the Strathearn keeper keeping them at bay. The second quarter was also scoreless with Strathearn now taking charge.
Halftime was reached 0-0.
Things hotted up in the third quarter when Strathearn’s Darcey Raphael drove home a rebound to put them ahead.
