On a bitter Thursday evening Instonians made the short trip to meet south Belfast rivals Queens University in a Men’s Premier fixture at The Dub.
A cold wind carrying rain and sleet blew across the pitch. I took in the first half before conditions meant that I couldn’t feel the camera controls!

Queens started with intent and from their third penalty corner, Ben Law smashed the ball home for Queens to lead 1-0 in 6 minutes.

The lead was short lived. Instonians equalised through Jacob McIlhatton on 8 minutes to leave the score . . .
