Stevenson Cup: Larne Grammar 0 Coleraine Grammar 3 Group 1

We caught with the final Stevenson Cup Group 1 Match between Larne Grammar and Coleraine Grammar at Larne early on Saturday morning.

The Stevenson Cup has been an accelerated learning experience for the young Larne side who enjoyed some good periods in this match but have yet to find the consistency required at this level.

Ruby Caddoo sends in a penalty stroke for Coleraine.

Coleraine are probably a year further down the line and the visitors enjoyed a comfortable first quarter which saw Ruby Caddoo open the scoring with a penalty stroke towards the end of the quarter which saw Coleraine take a 0 – 1 lead into Q2.
