Women’s Premier: Mossley 0 Queen’s University 3

We caught up with the Women’s Premier League match between Mossley and Queen’s University at The Glade on Wednesday evening.

No disrespect to Mossley, who have made a solid return to the Premiership this season, but we were there largley on ceremonial duties as Queen’s were being awarded with the Premiership Trophy they won 10 days ago with their victory against Armagh.

Mossley put in a solid first quarter but despite their efforts Queen’s took the lead through Ellie Edwards to take a 0 – 1 lead into Q2.
