On Thursday afternoon Campbell College faced Dalriada, in the final round of group games in the Under 16 Cup at Fox’s Field.
Campbell hit Dalriada before they could settle, with Ryan Graham crashing over after 2 minutes. Sam Bowens converted for Campbell to lead 7-0.
Dalriada responded on 6 minutes. A lineout maul was driven close to the line, before Archie Graham forced his way over to reduce the deficit to 5-7.
Campbell replied quickly when Robbie Cairns was on the end of a sweeping move to score on the left. Bowens conversion had Campbell leading 14-5.
